Mama Jewels Teething Necklaces: Review

If, like me, you are new to the world of Mummyhood you may well be wondering what on earth a "teething necklace" is.

I know I certainly was when I first stumbled across a mention of them on a friends Facebook feed!

So when I was contacted by Mama Jewels and asked to have a look at their range of Teething Necklaces, I was very intrigued.

I was quick to ask Amanda from Mama Jewels to give me a little more information on what exactly teething necklaces are....Amanda explained:

"Natural unfinished wood has been used for centuries as a relief for teething babies as the wood has natural ‘give’ in it and allows the baby to relieve their sore gums on it.

Combining natural elements with their well known and trusted designs, Mama Jewels have created this ‘Scandinavian style’ range which they guarantee will not break".

I love the idea of these Teething Necklaces, and when I was kindly sent one by Mama Jewels I was very impressed with the design!

The natural look of the necklaces fits in very well with the current BoHo Chic trend, and the necklace would certainly look fab with my beloved summer wardrobe of Maxi Dresses and Skirts!

Obviously Tyne is too small to be teething just yet, but when he is I will absolutely be using this necklace and can't wait to see how he gets on with it!

I certainly much prefer the idea of a teething necklace to having to constantly be keeping track of teething rings and carting them around with me, a necklace is surely much more portable as well as more convenient and more attractive!

Mama Jewels Teething Necklaces come complete with a lovely gift box, and are available for just £13.50!
The Mama Jewels website also sells many other Baby Proof jewelerey products which are definitely worth a look - they would make an ideal gift for any New Mum!
