A few months after Tyne was born, I decided to start going along to a weekly Yoga class with my sister.
I was feeling slightly frazzled from being Mum all day long and felt that I just needed something that would help me to unwind a little, plus a bit of exercise and relaxation never hurts does it? Yoga really appealed to me as it encompassed all of these things.
We went to the class every week and I thoroughly enjoyed that time to just focus on my body and my breathing, I found it so calming.
But then I fell pregnant with Noah, and I didn't feel comfortable going along anymore as I started to struggle a bit with morning sickness (all day long!)...soon after Sailor came along and now here I am, its 3 years later and I haven't done any yoga since!
I would love to attend a class again as although I have bought lots of books on Yoga since, I never quite get the same results from them as I do from an instructor led class - but free time is truly a thing of the past and with no babysitters around I simply don't have the opportunity to attend a class regularly.
