Improving My Wellbeing With The Restored

 I think it's fair to say that society as a whole has become more health conscious in recent years, with the introduction of apps and fitness trackers to help us keep up to speed with how much exercise we're getting proving popular.

But I do feel that it can still feel like something of a minefield when it comes to taking steps to improve overall health and wellbeing as there is so much conflicting information on the internet about the the best ways to go about this.

I've recently become aware of a new health brand - The Restored -  who focus on an inclusive approach to wellbeing and health that really speaks to me.

The Restored was born out of the philosophy that everyone deserves to feel as healthy as possible, and that feeling better is all about focusing on the right things for the individual.

The Restored focus on four foundations of health - Sleep, Nutrition, Movement and Mindset.

The Restored have recently launched an online quiz to help you to identify which of these areas you'd be better off focusing on as a starting point in order to feel an improvement in your overall health and wellbeing.

The Restored Health Quiz is free, easy to use and takes a matter of minutes - and it provides some great advice based on your personal results.

My personal results highlighted Sleep as my main problematic area which, I'll be honest, wasn't a surprise.

The Restored quiz results page shared some interesting facts with me about the benefits of improved sleep which I hadn't been aware of, such as the fact that an improvement in sleep quality is linked with improvement in overall anxiety.

I was also invited to take a free Dr approved sleep course online, to help identify where my problem areas with sleep are and pinpoint some ways I can improve things.

I'm really excited to put these steps into practice and see if I can improve my sleep routine, and I'm really intrigued to see how this will benefit my overall health.
