Question Wednesday

I'm taking part in Nykki over at My Mane Blog's fun take on a blog hop, to join in just go check out her blog :)

All you need to do is follow her, answer her questions on your own blog and follow 2 fellow hoppers! Fun, right?!

SO, onto the questions!....

The Theme is Changing Seasons! :)

1. What is your favorite season? What colors, scents, tastes, sounds do you associate with it?
My Favorite Season is winter - I do LOVE summer, but winter is so atmospheric and I love the festivities of the holiday season! I associate white, red and gold with it, the smell of cinnamon and the sound of christmas music and bells :)

2. What are your favorite and least favorite parts of each season?
{Winter} I love Christmas - the build up to it and the atmosphere. I don't like the ice - I have a real phobia of it :/
{Autumn} I love the the crunching of the leaves beneath my feet and the colour of them, I don't like the rain and the smell of the wet grass.
{Summer} I love sunny days and the pretty clothes! . I dislike the humidity of a night time, and the bugs everywhere
{Spring} I love the blossom on the trees, I don't like the inbetween-y weather.

3. Do you have any seasonal disorders (SAD, allergies, the fall dread of school starting up or celebration of same...)?
No, I'm lucky not to suffer with anything like that.

4. How do you change your beauty routine as the seasons change? Do you use different products, or just different colors? (Or less makeup during one season, or more during another?)
The only changes would be that my skin tends to get irritated from the harsh weather in winter so I use more moisturiser on my face, and in the summer I wear less make up because I'm often hiding behind over sized sunglasses :)

5. Share your favorite winter or summer recipe! A salad, a sandwich, a dessert, a drink...anything.

My favourite summer recipe - hmmm. I'd say bruschetta. You just take some crostini bread and toast it lightly, chop up some cherry tomatoes and red onions and mix them with some olive oil and a little garlic, top the crostini with it and drizzle with some balsamic vinegar, serve just-warm with some spinach leaves. Yum!
