How depressing is the weather this week?!
I'm not the worlds biggest fan of hot weather but I do appreciate it when the sun shines as its nice to be able to have days out with Tyne without having to worry about being rained on - but this week has seen nothing but rain and darkness at 5pm!
I've been trying to think of some fun, rainy day activities to keep us busy but its hard to feel inspired to get moving when the weather is so miserable.
There are ball ponds and play cafe's - but Tyne has been so poorly lately that I don't want to risk exposing him to lots of germs.
There are zoos and farms - but that means walking around in the rain, in my opinion rain and animals do not mix! Yuk - smelly!
The only thing I've been able to come up with is going swimming! At least that way I'm choosing to get wet rather than just being rained on!
It does mean splashing out on new swimwear though - luckily there's a great range of swimming costumes from Zoggs that I found online - not too pricey either so there's no need to break the bank!
What do you tend to do with your baby when the weather is bad?
