As Summer is quickly coming to an end, we were delighted to finally experience a bit of early September sunshine recently and get out in the garden for what will probably be our first and final summer garden picnic!
We were very kindly sent this beautiful picnic basket from the lovely people at Huggies to get out there and enjoy the last of the sunshine, and enjoy it we certainly did.
We armed ourselves with cocktail sausages, pretend "wine", crisps, and sausage rolls - and plenty of Huggies Style On The Go wipes to mop up all of the mess those things created - and headed out to lap up the sunshine.
Tyne was delighted with our little picnic, requesting that we a) eat dinner like that every day and b) always let him have "fizzy wine" (erm...no!).
Of course, he inevitably knocked the fizzy drink all over the picnic rug AND all over poor Noah's feet, and it was then I was most thankful for the Huggies wipes!
They are made with natural absorbent fibres for baby-sensitive skin, and are free from perfume, alcohol, parabens and phenoxyethanol. These invisible chemicals can leave sticky residue on baby skin which results in nasty rashes. A lot of competitor brands on the market today are packed full of these which is a little shocking, don't you think?! But at least I can rely on Huggies, and of course as all Huggies wipes are - they are incredibly strong and perfect for both bottom wiping and scrubbing up picnic mats! (And removing make up, cleaning the bathroom, wiping sticky paint hands, and cleaning the mirror as well as the 3,000 other things I use them for each day!)
The new Style On The Go wipes are also pretty as well as practical, with brand ambassador and style queen Fearne Cotton on board it's little surprise but the packets are seriously just so stylish! And I love the fact that they clip to the pram - so convenient!
We very much enjoyed our end of Summer picnic, roll on next year for many more!
