Well I can hardly believe that a year has flown over so quickly but here we are in December, and with Christmas just around the corner I wanted to share with you some of the fantastic gift ideas that I’ve been lucky enough to get a sneak peek at this year!
There is something to suit every taste, every person and every budget so I hope you find something you like! And if you’ve left it a little too last minute, don’t panic… you could always consider using a handy online florist or cupcake delivery service to avoid the hectic shops at this time of year!
First things first, can we talk about these gorgeous personalised baubles from the Handmade Christmas Co?! How stunning are they?!
They offer such a huge selection of colour and personalisation options, and each bauble comes individually boxed too – they are rather on the large side so make a really lovely little gift or addition to a gift, something to be treasured for years to come. Ideal for a new baby perhaps?
You can find them HERE, and the Handmade Christmas Co also sell a lovely selection of personalised Christmas sacks too…we bought ours from them last year and they’re so lovely!
Something Practical:
If you’re a fan of giving practical gifts then you can’t go wrong with a high quality wooly hat for the winter months. This gorgeous grey ladies hat and adorable childrens multicoloured hat are available from www.Tiso.com for £27.00 and £23.00 respectively. The quality really is exceptional so these would make a lovely gift.
Something For The Kids:
A game always goes down well with the children in my life, and as long as you can check with the parents that they haven’t already got it then its usually a popular choice with the whole family too.
My favourite this year is this Disney Guess The Film game. The object of the game is to take it in turns to roll the dice and reveal a little of the movie at a time until somebody is able to guess which Disney film it is!
This would make a fantastic for all Disney fans young or old, you can find it HERE
If you really fancy pushing the boat when buying for the child who has everything, why not consider a family gift in the form of a themed hotel visit?
This is something my own parents have done for my children on birthdays and special occasions in the past as rather than clutter up the house with more toys, they wanted to gift them an experience and memories they would treasure instead. Thomasland at Drayton Manor was always our hotel of choice but there are so many fantastic cartoon themed hotels across the UK and the rest of the world now that you’d honestly be spoiled for choice….take a look at Expedia’s Hotel Edit for some inspiration!
For The Teens:
Or simply for those you’re struggling to buy for, how about a gift card with a difference? Hotelgift offer a super funky gift card that you can load with cash to be used against the booking of any hotel on the Hotelgift website. With over 110,000 hotels worldwide to choose from, the lucky recipient will be spoiled for choice!
I can’t think of any gift card I’d rather receive than this one!! The gift cards are super cute too, and are so easy to redeem!

For The Lady In Your Life:
If you want to buy something sentimental for the lady in your life this year, I can’t recommend this stunning necklace from Maria Allen Boutique highly enough. It has fast become my favourite item of jewellery!
The stylish swallow and envelope necklace is pretty enough on its own, and it comes beautifully wrapped too, but the envelope also opens to reveal a printed photo card of your choice. This makes such a stunning gift for a mum or Grandma, or anybody really – something truly special.
You can find it HERE
Something Personal:
For the fashion fan in your family, does it get any more festive than these amazing Christmas themed nails from Elegant Touch?! There are so many festive designs to choose from and I couldn’t possibly decide which I love most…they are simply MUST HAVES for any fashion conscious gal this season!
They’re by Elegant Touch and are available from Boots.
I hope you’ve found some inspiration for your Christmas shopping this year, Happy Holidays everybody!!!
